The stone will need to be removed before a lawn can be established. 5) The access drive closest to the northeast corner of the parcel has not been eliminated. 6) It appears as though the permeability for the site is less than that approved in AV 78- 2005, and an accurate permeability percentage will need to be calculated from the "as built" survey. 7) The configuration and size of the parking area and adjacent drive isle on the north • side of the one-story office building is different and larger than that approved. I have been informed by Susan Barden (TOQ Land Use Planner) that you submitted an area variance application on March 15, 2007. Should you receive the relief required so your project is in compliance with the zoning code, you will also need to apply for Site Plan Review again.
