PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes the addition of a 392 sq. ft. storage shed for
medical record storage required by the medical practice.

STAFF COMMENTS:
The applicant proposes to construct a 392 sq. ft. shed for the storage of medical records. The shed is located on
the south west corner of the building closest to the sidewalk. The applicant has indicated the shed will have
siding and trim to match the existing main structure. The storage building would be accessed from the current
sidewalk. There are no other site changes proposed including stormwater management as the applicant has
indicated there are no changes. The drawing shows the location of the proposed shed and the existing site
layout for the building, sidewalks, parking, and other site details.
SUMMARY
The applicant has completed a site plan application for the placement of a 14 ft. by 28 ft. wide shed near the
south west corner of the existing building. The applicant has requested waivers for Lighting, Signage,
Stormwater, Topography, Landscaping, and Soil Logs

1) Pursuant to relevant sections of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Code-Chapter 1,79-9-080, the Planning
Board has determined that this proposal satisfies the requirements as stated in the'Zoning Code;
2) Waiver requests granted / denied: Lighting, Sign*, Stormwater;Topography, Landscaping, and Soil
Logs
3) Final approved plans, in compliance with the SiteliTlan, must be submitted to the Community
Development Department before any further review by the Zoning Administrator or Building and Codes
personnel.
4) The applicant must meet with Staff after approval and prior to issuance of Building Permit and/or the
beginning of any site work.
5) Subsequent issuance of further permits, including building permits is dependent on compliance with this
and allotlier conditions of this resolution.
