SUPERVISOR BOR GOS-This meeting has been called for the sole purpose of reviewing the
application for a temporary mobile home permit for Robert Northgord Jr., mobile home to
be located on Division Street...Asked the Town Attorney if he had reviewed the application?
PAUL DUSEK-TOWN ATTORNEY-Yes, I have and it is complete in accordance with the terms
of the statute.
SUPERVISOR BORGOS-We have a situation where there was a house fire and the applicant
the Northgard family is proposing to put in a mobile home temporarily during the reconstruction
of the building for a period not to exceed one year. The Building and Codes Dept. will inspect
the mobile home. Mr. Lefebvre notes that this meets a// the rules and regulations....
COUNCILMAN POTENZA-1 am delighted at the speed we managed to help out this family.
SUPERVISOR BORGOS-Our purpose is to serve and whenever possible we do that. We have
an emergency and the proper application has been filed and under the the recommendation
of the Building and Code Enforcement Dept. I will entertain a motion to accept this and issue
the proper permit.
RESOL UTION TO APPROVE_- TEMPORAR Y MOBILE HOME PERMIT
RESOL UTION NO. 176, Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mrs. Alorilyn Potenzo:
WHEREAS, Pair. Bob Northgard has mode application to the Town Board of the Town of
Queensbury for a temporary mobile home permit, to be used to house his family during the
reconstruction of their dwelling that was damaged by fire on March 12, 1989, mobile home
to be located on 4 15 Division Rood and
WHEREAS, the proper application has been filed and the Building and Code Enforcement
dept. has investigated the site and has notified the Board that it meets all the rules and
regulations,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby grants a one year permit
to Mr. Bob Northgard for the placement of a mobile home on 415 Division Street in the Town
of Queensbury.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mr. Borgos
Noes: None
Absent: A1r. Kurosaka, Mrs. Monahan
On motion the meeting was adjourned.
