WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 17,2014, the Queensbury Town Board approved the
appointment of Fire Marshal Michael Palmer as Town Safety Officer and the appointment of the
Town Safety Committee Members for 2014, and
WHEREAS, the Town Safety Officer has requested Town Board approval to appoint two (2)
additional Safety Committee Members for 2014: Alex Benway and Connie Goedert,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the appointment of Alex
Benway and Connie Goedert as additional Town Safety Committee Members for 2014, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Safety Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
