An inspection of the buildings revealed that several of the buildings are showing signs of structural collapse and severe damage from water, ice and snow. As this would put the workers at risk who would be removing roofing materials and flooring materials, it is my strong suggestion that the buildings be totally demolished, as allowed under the New York State Labor Law, to avoid any worker injury that could occur during the removal of asbestos.
