Queensbury we are proposing the building out of 4 studios. The existing space is approximately 374 square feet with one wall running east to west/front to back of the building, from that wall we are building 3 dividing walls,all walls are built from floor to 12ft ceilings with 5/8 sheet rock. The main wall will have 4 fire proof doors installed and 3 of the studios will have 3'x8' double glass windows and the 4th with a 1'x8' double glass window. The three dividing walls will each have 21/2'x31/2' double paned glass windows. Within each of those studios we will install recessed lighting.
