This system is necessary due to the nature of the dental business that Dr. Bartlett conducts and the plaster that is used for castings in the dental laboratory in the building. There will only be sink units from the laboratory area connected to the new system and this process will also be run through a settlement tank and pump system within the building basement. The reason this system is being installed is due to the on-site sanitary system for the building which is an Eljen In-drain system and the hesitance to introduce any trace particulate from the plaster settlement tank ejector into the sanitary system. This new system will be run through an additional 500 gal exterior polyethylene septic tank prior to discharge into a drywell structure. The drywell structure will be located in the grass area between the building and the dumpster enclosure and will not interfere with the current or future replacement areas of the sanitary disposal system.
