Using a blower door, I depressurized the home to-50 pascals to measure the airflow, this resulted in 1350 cfm50 (cubic feet per minute -50 pascals). To determine the ACH50 (Air Changes per Minute -50 pascals) I multiplied the CFM50 by 60 minutes, and divided that number by the volume of the structure. The volume used is determined by the heated space of the building. The state building code requires newly constructed or renovated spaces to have fewer than 7 ACH50.
