Note that when we issued the original"Letter of Substantial Completion" for the overall store renovation (see attached copy date 16 March 2010), we assumed that the work related to the Generator installation was included. However, it is now our understanding that the Town of Queensbury may have considered the Generator&associated Containment Facility as a separa project. Therefore, we have referenced the 2010 letter, in our newly issued "Letter of Substantial Completion", which is being issued specifically for the Generator portion of the project.
