Regular Session and moves into Executive Session to discuss employment history of a particular
employee with the possibility of promotion, and attorney/client privilege.

DISCUSSION:
Wastewater Director/Engineer Chris Harrington and the Town Board members reviewed
proposals for engineering services for the Bay Road Sewer Corridor/Willowbrook Pump
Station. Proposals submitted were from MRB Engineering for $17,500.00 and MJ Engineering
and Land Surveying for $15,000.00. Wastewater Director/Engineer, Mr. Harrington
recommended accepting the proposal from MJ Engineering and Land Surveying. Town Board
in agreement to accept proposal, resolution to be prepared for next Town Board Meeting.
