The system consists of a 1,500-gallon precast concrete septic tank, a 1,000-gallon precast concrete grease trap, and 540 LF of conventional pipe-in-stone absorption trench. Both the grease trap and the septic tank have risers to grade installed over the outlet access port. Due to the unexpected depth of the building sewer, the septic tank and absorption field were shifted northerly such that the area could be graded to allow appropriate depth of cover. With the exception of these revised locations, it is my opinion that the system has been installed in general conformance with the approved plans. Queensbury,NY 12804 Re: New Hope Community Church 454 Corinth Rd.,Queensbury,NY Dear Mr.Building Inspector, Engineering America Co. associate Tonya Yasenchak,PE visited the New Hope Community Church building site at#454 Corinth Rd. in the Town of Queensbury during portions of framing construction. The site visits,required by Engineering America Co., were to observe thc constructed church building as being built in substantial accordance with the construction documents. It is the opinion of Engineering America Co.,that the New Hope building,located at #454 Corinth Rd. in the Town of Queensbury,appears to have been framed in substantial compliance with thc construction documents with the following exceptions: 1) The angled wind bracing required for the tall walls in the multi-purpose area have not been installed to date.The bracing must be installed and re-observed by EACo.prior to sheetrock finish of the walls in this area. 2) The draft stops have not been installed as required on the plans. The Contractor has noted his intent to install GWB draft stops when the GWB subcontractor is on site. This application is acceptable to EACo. and must be installed and re-observed by EACo.prior to thc sheetrock finish of the ceilings in each area requiring the draft stopping. EACo.will provide a letter to the Building Dept,regarding the observation of the angle bracing and draft stops upon completion of those items.
