WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 156,2014 the Queensbury Town Board authorized the
promotion of Susan Sheehan from Water Plant Operator II to"Laboratory Operator," and
WHEREAS, Warren County Civil Service has advised that the title should read as "Water
Treatment Plant Laboratory Operator" rather than "Laboratory Operator," and therefore the Town
Board wishes to amend Resolution No.: 156,2014 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 156,2014
such that Susan Sheehan's title shall read "Water Treatment Plant Laboratory Operator" rather than
"Laboratory Operator," and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 156,2014 in all
other respects.
