WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 162,2014, the Queensbury Town Board authorized the hiring
of Gregory Moon to work as a Seasonal Laborer to work during the summer for the Town Water
Department commencing on or about May 12th, 2014 and ending on or about August 31St, 2014, and
WHEREAS, due to another employee's continued absence as a result of a medical issue, the
Water Superintendent has requested that the Town Board authorize an extension of Mr. Moon's term
of employment so that Mr. Moon may work up to a six(6) month term or until on or about November
12th, 2014, and
WHEREAS, funds for such an extension are available in the Town Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes an extension of the terms of
employment for Gregory Moon as a Seasonal Laborer to work for the Town Water Department for up
to a six (6) month term or until on or about November 12th, 2014 at the same terms as set forth in
Resolution No.: 162,2014, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent, and/or Town Budget Officer to complete any forms and take any actions necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
